Accessibility
If this site gets in your way, that is a defect.
Tell me and I will fix it. In the meantime, everything on this website is also available by phone, and I will read any of it to you.
The standard I build to
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means:
- Every function works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on each control.
- Text meets AA contrast against its background, and the layout works down to a 320-pixel-wide screen.
- Headings are properly nested — one
h1per page, no skipped levels — so screen readers can navigate by structure. - Every image carries alternative text, and every form field has a real label, not a placeholder standing in for one.
- Errors are announced to assistive technology, not only shown in colour.
- Animation is minimal and respects
prefers-reduced-motion. - Text resizes to 200% without loss of content or function.
Known limitations
- The guided intake is a long multi-step form. It saves as you go so it can be completed over several sittings, but if it is difficult for any reason, call and we will go through it together on the phone.
Alternatives that always work
Every piece of information on this site is available in conversation. Call (587) 936-2100, email info@ravisoni.ca, or use WhatsApp. Meetings can be in person in Edmonton, by phone, or by video — whichever works for you — and in English, Gujarati or Hindi.
If you use a support worker, family member or interpreter, bring them. Nothing here needs to be done alone.
Report a barrier
Email info@ravisoni.ca with what you were trying to do and what stopped you. I aim to acknowledge within two business days and to fix genuine barriers rather than explain them.
