How this works
- 1. Answer the questions at your own pace. Everything is saved in your own browser as you go — refresh, close the tab, come back tomorrow, and your answers and documents are still there.
- 2. Attach your documents. Photos are shrunk automatically; the package is capped at 25 MB.
- 3. Download the ZIP. It holds a proper PDF of your answers plus every document, in their original formats.
- 4. Bring it to the appointment. I key it into the insurer's system with you in the room — which is where your SIN goes, once, into the system that is obliged to protect it.
- 5. Delete it. Each form has a Delete my answers button that wipes it from your browser; anything left untouched goes automatically after 30 days.
